Form Instructions & Help

Accurate measurements are essential for you to look your best!  If you do not know your measurements, it is best to have them taken by someone who does this professionally.  Any men's store or tuxedo shop should give your measurements as a "professional courtesy".  It will be possible to make some adjustments at the time you pick up your order but it will be better for you if we can set it up correctly the first time.

This is your first name, last name, Email and phone information. We need this information to match your measurements up with the correct order in our system. Your email and phone information will only be used to contact you if we have questions about your order. We will not share this personal information with anyone, ever!

This information is about the Bride and Groom.  We keep all orders together as weddings filed under the wedding date.

Height and Weight information is very important!  We use this information to check against the other measurements given to avoid mistakes.  We know that a person with a particular height and weight will likely fit in a certain coat, pant and shirt size.  If the measurements provided do not closely match the height and weight, we will contact you to discuss the possible error.  It is our job to do everything possible to make you look your best!

Coat Size is best determined by trying on coats.  Your suit coat size and your tuxedo coat size will be the same.  Be aware that the sleeve length on a tuxedo is slightly shorter to show some of the shirt cuff.  Some examples of coat sizes are 38S,42R and 50L.  The 1st number signifies how large the coat is and the 2nd number signifies its length (short, regular, long and extra long).

Waist is measured around the top of your belt.  Be sure that the tape is pulled tight.  Again, the best way to determine your waist size is to try on a dress pant.  IMPORTANT:  Today's "relaxed fit" Levis will not be an accurate way to measure your waist.  Relaxed fit means they have given you an extra inch or two for comfort.  We need your Dress Pant measurement for your pant to fit properly.

The Outseam is measured from the top of the pant (hip) to the sole of the shoes.  The inseam is measured from the crotch to the sole of the shoes.  Most people are familiar with the Inseam measurement but not the outseam.  The outseam is generally about 10 inches longer than the inseam.  We prefer the outseam measurement because we have found it to be more accurate but we can use either to set up your order.

The neck is measured around the base of the neck.  The sleeve is measured from the spine, across the shoulders and down to wrist.  When you buy a dress shirt that has the size 15.5 x 33 this means that the neck is 15.5" and the sleeve is 33".

We offer regular width shoes and wide shoes.  If you require a wide shoe please be sure to specify.
